هدف از ثبت علامت ( ثبت برند ، ثبت لوگو ، ثبت آرم تجاری ، ثبت اسم ) چیست؟
علامت تجاری از طریق حصول اطمینان از حقوق انحصاری برای شناختن كالاها و خدمات یا اجازه دادن به دیگران مبنی بر استفاده از آن در صورت پرداخت مبلغ، صاحب اثر را محافظت می‌كند. مدت زمان این حفاظت متفاوت است ولی آرم تجاری قابلیت تمدید شدن نامحدود توسط پرداخت مبلغ مربوطه را دارد. محافظت آرم تجاری توسط مراجع قانونی كه در اكثر نظام‌ها اجازة متوقف كردن تخلف در این زمینه را دارند، تأیید می‌شود. از دیدگاه وسیع‌تر، علائم تجاری با رسمیت بخشیدن و دادن سود اقتصادی به صاحبان آنها، در سطح جهانی سرمایه‌گذاری می‌كنند و این ابتكار را ترویج می‌دهند. حفاظت علائم تجاری همچنین مانع تلاش‌های رقبای غیرمنصف، مثل متقلبان،‌ برای استفاده از علائم مشخص به منظور فروش محصولات و ارائة خدمات نامرغوب یا متفاوت می‌شوند. این نظام، آگاهی و امكان سرمایه‌گذاری جهت تولید و فروش كالاها و خدمات را در منصفانه‌ترین شرایط ممكن به مردم می‌دهد و از این راه تجارت بین‌المللی را تسهیل می‌كند.

علامت تجاری چگونه ثبت می‌شود؟

دامنه محافظت علامت تجاری چقدر است؟
